輸入販売会社であるVISION GLASS JPは、ほんの小さなキズや歪みがあるために日本の検品システムに沿わず流通に出せない製品が大量に発生したことをきっかけに、いわゆるB品と呼ばれる製品を「NO PROBLEM（NP品）」と名付け、販売する試みを始めました。

光にすかしてようやくわかるようなわずかな傷や外箱の凹みなどで返品され、棚に並ぶことすらなく、時には処分されてしまう製品。

作り手や売り手の目線から「これは問題ない。NO PROBLEMだ」という製品を、きちんと説明しながら定価で販売し、買う人が楽しく応援できる仕組み。それが「NO PROBLEM」です。

製造過程上必ず発生してしまう小さな傷や歪みを「NO PROBLEM」として受け入れる「寛容さ」は、これからの暮らし方を見直すヒントになるかもしれません。

At VISION GLASS JP, an import and sales company, due to the large number of products that could not be distributed because they did not conform to the Japanese inspection system due to the slightest flaw or distortion lead the company to come up with the idea of selling a grade B product, calling it NO PROBLEM a.k.a NP product.

Even the slightest scratch on the glass or a dent in the outer box lead to the products not being able to be put on the shelf, and even at times getting thrown away.

From the developers and sellers view of standpoint “There is nothing wrong with this product. No problem with selling this.” To have a system that allows buyers to enjoy and support the product by selling it at a fixed price with proper explanation. This is how the NO PROBLEM product was made.

To keep in mind to the fact that during the manufacturing process tiny scratches and dents are inevitable, and being able to say there is NO PROBLEM with this product whatsoever, and to be able to make use of it, and not letting it go to waste. We hope this can help us find guidance in what needs to be reviewed in how we look at things in our daily lives.

〈Precautions for use〉
